Acted for PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in a Rp960 billion financing to PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem, a subsidiary of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI).

Acted for PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk, in a Rp1 trillion financing to PT Baja Perkasa Sentosa and PT Sentosa Harmony Steel.

Acted for PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk (KRAS) in a Rp4.93 trillion shareholders’ loan from PT Danantara Asset Management.

Acted for all HIMBARA banks in a Rp210 trillion financing (covering both conventional credit and sharia facilities) to PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara (Persero) for the implementation of the Koperasi Merah Putih project of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

Acted for PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, in a Rp12.85 trillion rights issue (including approximately Rp7.5tn state capital injection), conversion of the Republic of Indonesia’s mandatory convertible bonds and non-preemptive share issue, as part of the airline’s turnaround efforts after completing its court-sanctioned debt restructuring (PKPU).

Acted for PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE), one of the largest geothermal companies in the world, on its Rule 144A/Reg S IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The IPO was oversubscribed by 3.8 times from its pooling portion, raising approximately USD600m for PGE to expand its portfolio by 600MW and refinance existing loans.

Acted for the Indonesia Investment Authority on its investment into a joint venture with SK Plasma to establish a plasma fractionation plant in Indonesia.

Acted for PT Indosat Tbk (now, PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Tbk (ISAT)) in its USD6 billion merger with H3I, majority owned by CK Hutchinson, to create a new world class digital telco for Indonesia.

Acted for PT XL Axiata Tbk (now, PT XLSmart Telecom Sejahtera Tbk) in connection with its merger with PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk and PT Smart Telecom.
