Representing the lenders on a financing provided to PT Dexin Steel Indonesia for the expansion of its integrated steel plant in Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park. The facility benefited from partial coverage by Sinosure and we also advised on intercreditor and security sharing arrangement of the project.
